Terms of Service

By accessing or using AxonQuiz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Educational Purpose

AxonQuiz is an educational study tool designed to help users organize, practice, and review study material in preparation for exams and professional assessments. The Service is intended solely as a study aid.

2. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Use of AxonQuiz does not guarantee success on any examination, licensure process, or professional assessment. Examination results depend on many individual factors beyond the use of any study tool. AxonQuiz makes no representations or warranties regarding exam outcomes.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account by contacting support@axonquiz.com. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Content

You may import or create custom question content within AxonQuiz (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for any User Content you create or import, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use that content. You must not import or create content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene
• Violates any third party’s rights

We do not claim ownership of User Content you create, but you grant us a limited license to store and serve it as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract data from the Service
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Premium Features

AxonQuiz offers free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase. Premium payments are not currently active in the mobile beta. When premium access is enabled in a future release, pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@axonquiz.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will process your request within 30 days. You may also delete your local study data at any time from Settings within the app.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AxonQuiz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
